Hey if you want something fun to do in Williamsburg tomorrow come listen to us spin jams at The Bedford (Nth 11th and Bedford) starting at 9pm.
If you are in Williamsburg come by The Bedford tonight, I’m DJing the jams of 1989 in honor of everyone’s favorite end of summer movie Weekend At Bernies.

So I saw Bill Murray in my neighborhood (Williamsburg) last night. He walked right by me at The Commodore to my complete surprise, and then he was strolling around the hood. Sorry for the terrible grainy photo. Luckily I was able to play it cool, but it wasn’t easy. Probably no one I’d rather see..I mean…Bill Murray!
Today on the subway I dove into the American classic, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. Within the first few pages I read this, and had me a little chuckle.
“Francie and Neeley put all their junk into a burlap bag and each grabbed an end and dragged it along the street; up Manhattan Avenue, past Maujer, Ten Eyck, Stagg to Scholes Street. Beautiful names for ugly streets.”
You mean to tell me it wasn’t a hipster paradise in the early 1900s? Come on.
Shoutout to Ten Eyck!
AHHH I just saw a dude get raptured in Williamsburg. The hipsture is upon us!
Spotted this on Union Ave. on my way to work. Since that is a picture of Eddie Money shouldn’t the sign either say “Take me home tonight”, or have picture of Morrissey? Nice try?
Playing some cornhole at good company.
At Brooklyn Star. I Iike this note on the menu.
I get creeped out every time I walk by this at night on Bedford.
TV On The Radio on stage now at The Music Hall of Williamsburg
I felt like this for a second this morning. I walked by a fire hydrant on Lorimer and it started spraying into the street. It was kind of hilarious with cars trying to get around it and everyone staring.
